We are recruiting for a hands-on Controller for our growing outsourced accounting firm. In partnership with the CFO, this individual will lead client engagements, review staff work, and provide high-level consulting to business owners. This role combines technical accounting, team oversight, and strategic input.
What You Will Do:
• Oversee and review monthly close for multiple clients
• Provide strategic insights and consulting to business owners
• Manage and mentor accounting staff
• Ensure GAAP compliance across client accounts
• Handle hands-on accounting work as needed
What You Will Have:
• B.S. in Accounting or related
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Comfortable balancing multiple clients and priorities
• Prior % of completion experience would be great
