Imagine leading the finances of an organization that changes lives every day. For 21+ years, this non-profit has empowered adults with disabilities in Arizona and CA. Financially, they are committed to the cause, and they are growing.
What you will do:
• Producing accurate monthly financial statements and cash flow projections
• Budgeting / Forecasting
• Managing accounting operations, including billing, payroll, and grant tracking
• Ensuring compliance with government contracts and regulations
• Leading and mentoring a small accounting team
• Collaborate with and present to the CEO and Board to support strategic decision-making
