Job Title: Staff Accountant – Entry Level
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 plus bonus
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Hybrid
Are you a recent graduate who would like:
• Structured Training at your own pace
• Work with peers and be provided mentorship
• Minimal OT even at month end
• Promote at your own pace
• Salary up to 65K plus bonus
• Hybrid – 2 days in the office (or more if you like)

What you will learn:
• Balance sheet reconciliations & accruals
• Financial Statements & Financial Reporting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP
• Incentive compensation calculations
• Analytical review of variance & trend analysis
• Intercompany eliminations
• Preparing analysis for financial reports
• Divisional fixed assets
What you will have:
· B.S. in Accounting
