- Salary: $200,000 plus bonus

This role is not your typical Controller role. We are looking for a business partner to support the CFO and President. If you are looking for a role where you can make a different and be involved in accounting, finance, and operations, please respond with your resume.
What you can Expect:
• This is a leadership role – the position has tremendous visibility to senior management, will drive business decisions and observe their impact on the growth of the Company.
• This individual will provide leadership and create a vision for the accounting team, but also work hands on.
• This is a position where you will make a difference. You will have an impact. And you will be able to make change throughout the organization!What you will do:
• Lead and mentor small accounting team
• Prepare and review financials and monthly close
• Work with operations to provide financial insights
• Work with outside audit team
• FP&A
• Developing / implementing policies & proceduresWhat you will have:
• B.S. in Accounting or related
• CPA or CPA in progress – Required
• A comfort in leading a team
• 7+ years of well-rounded financial statement experience (experience on the FPA side is not required)Interested? Please respond with your resume
